Valarie Kelly

GENERAL COUNSEL

Valarie Kelly serves as General Counsel for Overland-Tandberg. In this position, Ms. Kelly is responsible for maintaining legal compliance, continuity and guideline oversight supporting Overland-Tandberg’s enterprises in over 90 countries. Ms. Kelly has over 30 years legal experience having worked for global law firms including Wilson Sonsini. In addition to her extensive corporate experience, Valarie has also been a Sr. Partner in a number of law firms serving the enterprise and SMB sectors. Ms. Kelly holds a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University and a Juris Doctorate from Boalt Hall, UC Berkeley.
